What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and optionally your email address and job details. Our servers also log basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one local tree service company that covers your area, so it can contact you about a quote.
- To follow up with you about your request.
- To measure how many requests the site receives, including in aggregate when we discuss the site with partner companies.
We don't sell your information to data brokers or share your request with multiple companies.
Calls, texts and email
By submitting a request, you agree that we and one local tree service company may contact you about it by phone, text or email. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us, and you can reply STOP to any text.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep requests as long as needed to handle them and for our records. Email us to ask that we delete your information.
